25 RaNdOm things!

So you are supposed to post this on facebook, but I decided to make one for my blog as well. Cause I'm cool like that.

Rules: Once you've been tagged, you are supposed to write a note with 25 random things, facts, habits, or goals about you. At the end, choose 25 people to be tagged. You have to tag the person who tagged you. If I tagged you, it's because I want to know more about you.

1. I have moved 8 times. Orange, Rancho Santa Margarita, Mission Viejo, Back to RSM, Apple Valley (All in California), Worthington MN, Mission TX, and Lincoln CA.

2. I have a little brother who is 3 and absolutely adorable

3. I have an irrational hatred of shower fans.

4. I hate when people chew with their mouths open, and it has nothing to do with watching, although that is disgusting, I hate the noise, any type of mouth noise that isn't talking I loathe, loud breathing, snoring, smacking noises, chewing noises, brushing your teeth in front of me noises. I hate it all.

5. I am actually popular, I cannot walk from one building to another on campus, or even one classroom to another, without seeing at least 3 people I know. I have not gone a single day this week without someone just popping by my apartment just to hang out or talk to me. I like being well liked. You know you are popular, when your roommates are sleeping, and you've been in your room for an hour, and there are people in your family room hanging out.

6. I have an impeccable selective memory. If I enjoy what I am watching, or reading, or who I am hanging out with, I will remember it word for word even if I only watch or read it once. If I am bored, it's a no go.

7. I love The Office, and 30 Rock, so that means that my Thursday nights are amazing, and so fulfilling.

8. I can actually play three instruments, the piano, clarinet, and bass clarinet, the bass clarinet is actually different that the clarinet, it is a lot bigger, and they actually play with the trombones and tubas most the time.

9. I can chew gum and eat food at the same time

10. I once burped, hiccupped, and sneezed at the same time. It hurt.

11. I love to read. Give me a good book any day of the week and I will be entertained for hours. Also, I am wondering if am speed reader. I read about 100 pages a hour, depending on the content of the page. Is that fast? That means I read can read a good 300 page book in about 3-4 hours.

12. Dressing up is always a favored activity, pirates, models, super secret spies, you name it, I've done it, or want to do it

13. One of my greatest fears is that I will walk into the library past those things that go off if you're stealing something, and that it will. Every time I eye it and just wait for it to go off. Even I have never stolen a library book.

14. The best grade I ever got in college was in the class English 230. It was basically a review of my AP English class. I got a 98% and owe that all to my AP teacher Mr. Maul! Thanks Mr. Maul!

15. I have 6 less teeth than the average human being. They weren't pulled, they just never were.

16. In the past two weeks I have had about 3-4 people inform me that I am their best friend. And that made me feel special! I personally have more than one best friend.

17. I have created a game in college for when I get bored with what the teacher is lecturing on. I will wait for them to say something that is "That's What She Said" worthy. And then if it's really good, I'll write it down to keep forever. It's totally effective and I would recommend that anyone who gets bored in class easily do it.

18. I think the movie "What's Up Doc?" Is amazing and that everyone and their mom needs to watch it.

19. I have a TV that only the people who live in my apartment are allowed to touch, it is very sensitive and only likes us.

20. My high school car couldn't stay in one piece for very long. One time we fixed it, it broke no less than 12 hours later. And I cracked the muffler… it was very loud.

21. I once ran into a pole, on my own property, in a car.

22. I once almost ran into the side of a moving car, Allison had to save me, I wasn't looking, and the truck was driving on the street, I was perpendicular to it and almost ran into the side of the car. This is actually more embarrassing than almost or actually running into a parked car… I would know.

23. I have had 2 parking tickets, both at university parking lots, and both not my fault.

24. I love to make moments awkward. It's my own inside joke, inside me. I have so many stories. One of my favorites happened with my friend Nick Orlove. Ask me about it someday, he doesn't even know i did it on purpose to this day!

25. If I could have a middle name, because I don't, it would be LaTia. I would be Amanda Latia Lloyd. I believe Allison offered to name her daughter Amanda LaTia, and I look foward to the day

26. I recently looked up someone's email and last name on a ward list and found them on Facebook. Then I proceeded to get his number from another ward list, and texted him. I am a stalker

27. I was afraid of bathroom mirrors and seeing ghost in them, until I saw a real ghost in the sliding glass door, and realized that is where they actually appear

28. I have been in 7 car accidents. Only 5 were my fault. And only 2 caused damage. And those two were on my own property. This all happened in under a year. And now I am an excellent driver because of it.

Why I Really Go To Class

So I like to find ways to stay awake and pay attention in class, and I found a very clever way to do so. I like to find things that my teachers say where I can insert the phrase "that's what she said" afterwards. So these are some that I have come up with this week. After the line presents itself just say "that's what she said" it is interesting and awesome.

I'm so glad we did it.

We dressed up like Pirates for FHE and then afterwards at like 2am went to IHOP and these were some of the quotes that happened afterwards when telling other people the story!

So in the WILK they have updated the bathroom. There is now a bathroom that is like all Hi-Tech, like Allison said it's like a bathroom from I, Robot. It is so weird. It even determines how much toilet paper that a person uses, and gives it to you. There is also a new hand drying thing, that you put your hands into! It's awesome.

I figured out what I am doing this summer! I am going to stay here, take a class or two, and work a lot. And me and Allison are going to live together! It's going to be awesome!

Magic 8 Ball

So I found a Magic 8 Ball and I felt like asking it random questions. Sorry if you're mentioned and you're scared. I asked like over 300 questions, these are just the ones that entertained me.

These are the things that were brought to my attention and the Magic 8 Ball tells me how my life is going to go… it seems very interesting.

PS- most the relationship questions were asked by my little brother who thought this was hilarious, especially all the ones including names…he learned the names of a few of my friends and decided to insert them in the questions, and they just made me laugh

Apparently my friend Laura will be getting married in the next year, so yay! I get to be another bridesmaid!

I will be getting married in between 5-10 years. Also both my brother and sister will both be married before me. And my brother Jacob is only almost 14… so in 7 years he will be back from his mission… so if you do the math I won't be married for at least 7 or 8 years. Tough luck for me.

Apparently me and John will never hook up, and never be friends for an extended period of time. Also Micah and I will never hook up. I did not need a Magic 8 Ball to tell me these things, but my brother wanted them re-affirmed I guess.

I will not get a boyfriend in winter semester. But I will get a summer job, and meet my boyfriend there. So fingers crossed!

Completely Random

So this is a Movie game that I made up! Haha! It's awesome

So you start with one movie. Preferrably one with a lot of famous and popular actors in it. Then you take someone who was in that movie, and watch another movie with that actor, and so on and so forth until you can stop. This can go on for several days. For finals week I have been playing, and I will tell you what I have watched. The movie title will be first, followed by the actor that I choose to follow to the next movie. I wonder if I explained that well enough

That's all I've done so far. But it's great to make this game. It makes me Feel special. And yes I either have all those movies, or were renting them at the time I did this! Haha! I'm just awesome like that.

Also random tidbits today

I saw a midget walking to school today, like an actual midget, while I was diving (mind you not to school, or I might have offered a ride, cause I would offer anyone walking a ride! Haha. It makes me feel special to give rides) any ways, saw her while I was driving and I turned to Allison and I said, that would take so long to walk to school. And it would, but you know you do what you gotta do.

Also this morning I woke up and I saw there was a car outside that was on, with its lights on. Mind you it was 6am. I thought "oh, they must be packing and leaving soon." I noticed at 7am the car was still on. So then I was concerned, but I notice someone was moving inside. So I thought to ignore it. When leaving for school at 9am. The car is still on. I wonder what is worth all that gas? What is worth just sitting there? Who is in there? And then out pops my Elders Quorum President and Relief Society President. Hm… haha actually I don't have to wonder, they are getting married in a week. So I know exactly what they were doing in there, if you catch my drift.

Words About the Past Few Days

These are things where you can put random words, or a blog and then they order them funky like... it was entertaining when I should have been studying. ps- you can click on one to make it bigger!

This one is telling stories that happened over the weekend and the past couple of day's they choose random words to make big! haha! Stories like Micah hitting my head. Watching movies with John. All the book's I've been reading recently. I counted that I finished 7 books in the past 4 days. I'm obsessed!

This is taken from my blog, it chooses the most common words used to make larger! Aparently, I talk about my self in third person the most often! haha!


This was the first one I made with just random words and random people!

uh...

So I haven’t written in my blog in a while. So I thought I would update, and well I can’t think of anything too spectacular to say, I thought I would write one anyways. So I think I am going to write about the new friends that I have made this year. So that you can get acquainted with my life. PS- the order of people has nothing to do with their significance, most likely I start typing about something and it reminds me of the next person I should write about, so if any of these people read this, which I doubt they will, whether you are first or last, honestly holds no significance.

Amy- Amy Richins, she lives next door, in the next stairwell… so we share walls. I’m not sure if you can make that suggestive, but you should try. Amy was in my ward last year, but we weren’t too good of friends. But we discovered each other this year and wow! We click! And we are both very desperate for boys. But I think together we can conquer the desperateness, and hopefully wait patiently for the boy to come around. Amy makes me laugh. And for worse or for better, our laughs harmonize, literally, when we laugh (both very loud), like truly laugh, they harmonize. Like a beautiful songbird singing for everyone to hear! Interesting fact about Amy- for some reason me and her think it is hilarious to waggle our tongues at each other in a very suggestive way, all because of one comment made about tongues and stuff you do with them ;) that was suggestive. Haha! Me and Amy are pretty certain we are kindred souls Haha! Maybe?

Kiri- Kiri Ainslie, she is my beloved roommate! I love Kiri! She makes me laugh. For instance just this morning we were talking and she was saying how Britain was like “I thought you were Amanda” and she was like, “Ya, cause we look so much alike” in a very sarcastic way. I proceeded to be sarcastic “Yes, and we talk exactly the same too” Kiri the precious, gullible person that she is proceeded with the question “We do?”. There is one thing you need to know about Kiri. She is English, haha! English accent and all… so the thought that she could even remotely talk like me, makes me giggle. Interesting fact about Kiri- she is very comfortable to ride on top of ;)

Micah- Micah Jenkins! He is a great friend. We hang out all the time. Micah claims that he doesn’t talk a lot, but well I’m pretty sure that is changing. We hang out too much for it not come true! Micah served his mission in India! He made curry the other day, and claimed it would be “too spicy” for me, but I ate some and didn’t think it was too spicy, but he still claimed I wouldn’t like it cause it would be “too spicy”. I think he really just wanted to eat it all on his own. He’s not the sharing type ;) Interesting facts about Micah (there a quite a few) - he is very squeamish; he cut his finger, and almost passed out. He is very violent, he attacked me with a couch cushion and well, my head still hurts. He gets scared fairly easily as well, he’s hilarious to watch a scary movie with, and to scare. He is not touchy-feely at all, infact we are working on that ;) But the best thing about Micah is his car. The first time I rode in Micah’s car I asked him, what its name was… he then told me it didn’t have one. If you’re car has problems (which his does) it has to have a name so that it can be coaxed into working. So we have named it Monte. (it’s a Monte Carlo, so not too original, but a cool name nonetheless) now he calls it that automatically, Oh the affect I have on people ;)

Lindsay/Reba- So I put Lindsay Bean and Reba Gonzales together cause if you look them up on facebook book, the other shows up as well. So I was like hm… packaged deal? So now I think of them as one person in a way. They are Amy’s roommates. We are all becoming fast friends. It reminds me a lot of last year, when I would pretty much live in places where I didn’t. Except this year I live in my own apartment too. So it’s like Double Jeopardy! Lindsay introduced me to Zupas, it was very kind of her, and it’s very amazing, I love it. It’s delicious! Both Lindsay and Reba love High School Musical Three, they make me want to see it, and I don’t even like the first two movies! Haha! They are amazing girls. Reba has this boyfriend, and he makes me laugh. Before they were official they had like 4 DTRs! It made me laugh. Interesting Facts- Reba wears a ring on her left ring finger, because she hates dating, and out of all the people I’m friends with this semester, she is one of the only people that has a boyfriend! So I think it’s funny the one who tries so hard to avoid dating is the one that does. Also Reba falls asleep all the time. Whenever you hang out she falls asleep. Lindsay loves Zupas, they know her over there because she goes so often. I think that is funny. Lindsay and Reba both own cars, and they are so nice, and ask to give me rides often. They make me feel loved and special. Me and Lindsay share a wall, and sometimes we knock on it to each other!

Crystal and Leah- They are roommates, I put them together cause well frankly we aren’t that great of friends yet, but we will be soon I predict. Leah is so amazing; she goes into the hospital and thinks that it is no big deal! What an inspiration. When I complain about getting hit on the head! They both make me laugh, and they both are in Micah’s FHE group… so I have an in. Haha. I had to explain to Micah what an “in” was. Anyways back to Crystal and Leah! They are awesome. They live across the hall from Amy, Reba, and Lindsay! They love Rockband, and whenever we get together we try to find some way to play!

John- John Jeppson! O boy, did we like find kindred souls or what? Me and John have like exactly the same sense of humor, and we both absolutely love The Office, if you don’t watch The Office, never hand out with the two of us when we are together, because it’s pretty much all we quote when we are hanging out! I work with John, but we are still way good friends! John though is way too shallow! He needs to work on that. All he ever wants to do when we hang out, is know if cute girls are coming that he can hang out with. Apparently my friendship is not enough incentive. In fact now that I think about it, the only times that we hang out, are when food is involved, or hot girls. Dang what is that saying for my reputation! Dang now I’m all butt hurt! (inside joke). “I love inside jokes, I’d love to be a part of one someday” (kinda another inside joke, just The Office). Interesting Fact- John sings in the BYU men’s chorus, and is very single! Ladies? Any takers?

Victoria- Victoria Vance! She is like my lover! We have a blast when we are together! We work together, with John, and well we click. We have so much fun together, if only we lived closer. But we both are on Facebook all the time so we get over that real quick. She gives me guidance about boys all the time! Victoria has a lover, but it’s like the untouchable lover unfortunately. We both love the movie What’s Up Doc, which is a must for anyone that is my friend! I feel like I don’t have to write much about Victoria, because we are so much alike, that I just would be writing about myself, and not about her! Interesting facts- She is a freshman, I know! I know! But freshman friends are awesome in my opinion! She has like the funniest personality, and the best Barbra Streisand impression that I have ever seen! She is single too, and if anyone is looking for a hot, young, spontaneous, perky girl go for it! I’ll give you her number!

Kerri- Kerri McNeil. What is there to be said about Kerri! She is awesome. We aren’t that great of friends yet… but we are moving that way! She makes me laugh. Like bust a gut laughing not just like little chuckle on my insides… but like I’m about to pee my pants cause you just made me laugh so hard, laughing. Haha! Kerri owns Rockband, so I love her alone because of that, but to top it off, I can play at a higher level than her, so it makes me feel good about myself! I tell her stories and she laughs, so she makes me feel like the funniest person alive. Maybe that’s why I like her so much, because she seems to like me so much… hm… I might be onto something here. Haha! She straight up is an awesome person. And that’s pretty much all that you need to be my friend right? Owning rock band doesn’t hurt either. My friendship can be bought, just so everyone knows! Interesting facts- Kerri is from Minnesota, but really can’t ice-skate like a person from Minnesota. Kerri got second place in the State Champ Tae Kwon Do competition! Kerri also owns her own Dojo and teaches people ATA (yes I do know what that stands for by the way, and she didn’t tell me! A-ha!) Double Hawk. (inside joke again)
